I have kept always kept it in the jackson original hard shell case
treated the guitar with a lot of respect, no dings, no damage, very very well kept guitar, basically new.
I am selling this guitar because i am looking to get a Robert Cray Signature Stratocaster (up for trades)!

Jackson's serious guitars come with ebony fingerboard.
this is one of the few guitars made by Jackson that are less than $2000 and have their stock ebony fingerboard.
This is also the best Jackson RR coming out of japan, so it is better than the rr3, rr5 etc.
HOWEVER, being a past rr3 owner myself, the rr3, rr5 guitars are already so much better than the Korean, Indian, or Chinese X series going on nowadays.The quality and playability is just night and day even when compared with cool shaped guitars like the iceman ICT700 OR 27 fret xiphos XPT700 (these guitars are made in korea or india or china). The rr24 is just on a whole different level of craftsmanship and quality when compared with 95% of other Jackson guitars. That explains the price difference.
I have had EX-400, EC-1000, ALEXI-600. Those guitars do not play as well as the rr24. I would say that this guitar would be comparable with the new LTD-Elite series guitars.

The only Jacksons better than the rr24 are the made in USA jackson (RR1/RR1T) or the custom models.
